Meet Maurice Stafford
Technology Business Partner
Maurice is a technology business partner with GreenBOLD. Maurice is a proven and adaptable IT Director and Programme Manager with many years experience of management consulting, programme management and line management in both corporate and public sectors which means he is ideally suited to be part of the GreenBOLD team.
Maurice has capabilities that cover all aspects of IT leadership and board-level engagement. His programme management has included managing portfolios up to £12m, PMO setup and management along with PMO process and reporting implementation. His responsibilities have often included international requirements and managing both insourced and outsourced teams.
Most recently Maurice was working with the Energy Saving Trust providing business partnership services that included a significant IT outsourcing project. During this assignment, Maurice also advised the board on professional standards and procedures to ensure optimum cost benefits and staff retention of the IT function.
Prior to working with the Energy Saving Trust, Maurice provided services to the Richmond Adult Community College. Here, he developed a 3-year IT strategy for the college that was approved by the board of governors and executive team. This encompassed outsourcing of IT support functions, implementation of virtual servers and virtual desktops and cloud delivered collaboration tools.
Maurice is a Prince2 practitioner and a fellow of the British Computer Society.
